Marie-France, établie en Provence, peint depuis de nombreuses années.
Elle a étudié le pastel au sein de la Société des Pastellistes de France
-plus particulièrement auprès de David HERVELIN et Alain BELLANGER-
et la peinture à l’huile à l’école belge de Béatrice COLS.
Née dans une famille cosmopolite, elle a parcouru le monde entier,
et tire son inspiration de ces lointains rivages mais aussi du monde proche qui l’entoure.

Marie-France OOSTERHOF est membre de la Pastel Guild of Europe,
et son travail a récemment obtenu une distinction du Pastel Journal of America,
et les 1er et 3e prix de la Pastel Guild of Europe (Septembre 2010).

Marie France, who is established in Provence, has been painting for many years.
She studied pastel with the Société des Pastellistes de France –
particularly with David Hervelin and Alain Bellanger,
and oil painting at the Belgian school of Béatrice Cols.
Born in a cosmopolitan family, she has travelled the world over
and she is inspired by those faraway countries as well as her local surroundings.

Marie-France Oosterhof is a member of the Pastel Guild of Europe
and her work was recently singled out by the Pastel Journal of America,
and was the winner as well as took the third place in the pastel guild
of  Europe get dusty challenge September 2010.
